A Bartender is responsible for mixes, serving alcoholic beverages, and non‑alcoholic drinks to guests of the bar and service bar following standard recipes and the company’s policies; merchandises drinks; and is attentive to guests, making them feel welcome, at all times.

• Adheres to responsible alcohol service standards.
• Able to successfully “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.
• Follows recipes to prepare beverages such as liquor, cocktails, and other drinks.
• Operates within full compliance of state liquors laws, regulations, health codes, and sanitation guidelines.
• Conducts basic cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintains glassware and utensils.
• Knows the menu and how to read each guest to make appropriate beverage and food recommendations.

• TIPS certification.
• 1‑2 years of on hand experience mixing and making alcoholic drinks.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a background check. If 18 years of age or older, this may include credit, criminal, DMV, prior employment, education and personal references per company policy, unless prohibited by law.
• Preferred availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
