Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Maintain food safety standards

* Upholding the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, rules, and dress code at all times

* Serve guests with genuine hospitality

* Accurately record orders on the POS, handling cash proficiently and accurately including counting money tills

* Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all front of house stations, including dining room, order taking, serving, bagging, and drive thru roles

* Keep the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly at all times

* Be knowledgeable of the menu and keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

* Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership

* Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and stay current on any changes

* Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

* Other duties as assigned

* Detail-oriented and able to multitask quickly, thoroughly, and accurately

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

* Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

* Reliable transportation

* Be willing and able to work at all Chick-fil-A Buena Park locations at the discretion of the Company
