Key responsibilities may include:

* Material Handling:

Loading and unloading raw materials from trucks, stacking materials in designated areas, transporting materials within the facility using forklifts or hand pallet jacks where applicable.

* Assembly:

Performing basic assembly tasks on Trim Lok products, including attaching components, applying adhesives, and using hand tools to secure parts.

* Quality Control:

Inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reporting any issues to supervisors.

* Machine Operation:

Operating basic machinery such as cutting machines, banding machines, or other production equipment under supervision.

* Clean Up:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and wiping down machinery.

* Packaging:

Packaging finished products according to company specifications, labeling items accurately, and preparing them for shipment.
