Attorney-General Liability Partner

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for a General Liability Partner to join us in one of our California offices.

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for arbitrations, mediations and trial.

• 10+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Excellent writing skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, transportation and/or insurance defense.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $250,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
