Hotel Linens Attendant at Knott's Berry Farm

This position is responsible for the effective operation of the laundry department on a daily basis. The goal is to produce clean, spot‑free linens for the hotel in a timely and efficient manner. The attendant will understand, operate, and perform all functions of the laundry department, consistently striving to enhance overall operations.

The role involves day‑to‑day laundry operations, ensuring linen quality, equipment maintenance, and supply management while adhering to safety and guest service standards.

• Wash, dry, and fold all housekeeping linen to assigned specifications; inspect for stains or damage and separate reclaimed items.
• Operate and regulate laundry machinery, report damage or errors, and maintain proper chemical levels.
• Stock linen closets and room attendant carts with appropriate supplies; furnish room attendants and guestrooms as assigned.
• Assist with monthly linen inventory.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Take breaks and meal periods according to posted schedule, Knott's Berry Farm, and California State policies.
• Provide guest service per Six Flags standards, including initiating interactions, answering questions, and giving directions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, complying with Six Flags Safety guidelines; report unsafe or unusual conditions.
• Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet Six Flags attendance requirements.
• Adhere to Six Flags Rules of Conduct and grooming standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Previous laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.
• Flexible availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test per company policy.
• Ability to pass a background check for those 18+ (may include credit, criminal, DMV, employment, education, and references).
