Loan Operations; Note Officer

This position handles commercial/personal real estate and SBA general loan operation

• Loan generation, funding and boarding
• Prepares SBA 1086 agreement
• Reviews and monitors collateral insurances.
• Handles general loan servicing for all loans
• Handles monthly invoices
• Daily loan payment and charge back
• Handles daily loan statement and notices
• Monitors tickler report and UCC continuation
• Posts loan advance upon request
• Submits participation payment
• Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training

• Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing, trade finance operation and documentation
• Expertise in Laser Pro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure
• 2-4 years current experience in loan operations (experience in loan documentation preferred)
• Team player
• Adapt well to changes & fast paced work environment

• Preferred experience with FIS

Pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
