The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting day-to-day financial operations. This role involves processing transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with audits to ensure the integrity of financial data.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
