Job OverviewOur Maintenance Workers are responsible for performing maintenance on building and warehouse equipment.
Requirements- CMMS experience, must be comfortable using computer/tablet and email
- Capable of performing Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Troubleshooting and Documentation
- Must be comfortable working at heights, scissor lift and ladders
- Work weekends and overtime as needed
- Be on call after work hours as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
- All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
- 2-4 years of technical maintenance or related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- Certified Material Handling Mechanic helpful
- On the job experience with electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment
- Experience with industrial forklift batteries and chargers
- Experience performing various building repairs as needed, examples are but not limited too, doors and door hardware, floor drains, plumbing and drain cleaning, painting, etc.
- Experience trouble shooting various MHE equipment, Fork Trucks, Pallet Jacks and Building Systems
- Comfortable working with electricity and understanding limitations 120/240/480
- Familiar with welding and welding equipment
- Experience with HVAC systems, filter changes and basic troubleshooting (RTU's, Air Handlers and Liebert Units
- Demonstrate experience working on Loading Dock equipment, Garage doors, Dock Levelers, and Dock Locks
- Industrial Refrigeration experience, a plus
- Large Commercial Fire Suppression System experience, a plus
