As a Retail Sales Representative, you will interact with customers face‑to‑face in big‑box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. You will represent our brand with confidence and professionalism, initiate conversations, and help customers arrange free in‑home consultations. You will set appointments, assist customers courteously, and collaborate with a high‑performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.
Key Qualifications- Must have weekend availability.
- Friendly, fun, and positive attitude.
- Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences.
- Comfortable working independently, with a personal drive for excellence.
- Retail and customer service experience highly valued.
