Overview

Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success. An 8+ week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

• Lead daily store operations to achieve financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate store associates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures
• Coordinate with leadership to implement initiatives and drive store growth
• Participate in ongoing leadership development and career advancement opportunities

8 or more weeks of store leadership training provided to prepare you for success, along with ongoing career and leadership development and continuous education assistance.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

Work areas may be hot with steam and food vapors. Employees may need to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts are required.
