Fabrication Shop Helper

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in the fabrication, cutting, bending, and loading of rebar materials.
• Operating hand tools, machines, and equipment accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Measuring and inspecting rebar using a tape measure for accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety guidelines and wearing required PPE (safety vest, gloves, steel‑toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat, ear protection, etc.).
• Supporting team members and assisting in various tasks as directed by supervisors.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment exposed to heat, noise, and dust.

• Ability to read numbers and use a tape measure accurately.
• Must be flexible and willing to learn all positions within the rebar shop.
• Demonstrate teamwork, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Must follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Willingness to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities over time.
