Plant Manager

The Plant Manager role will work under the direction of the President in the Buda, TX Manufacturing Facility. This position will be the site leader for the facility. Responsible for ensuring on-time, high quality products in a cost effective manner. This position will also be key in facilitating safety in the workplace and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage operations, facilities, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
• As needed, host customer visits, interact with customers in-person and online
• Oversee operations floor personnel to achieve OTD (On Time Delivery) of quality parts to the customers in a cost-effective manner
• Champion a workplace focused on safety to drive a zero-incident culture
• Supports a culture of scientific molding principles amongst the technical team
• Provides required daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and KPIs to drive business improvement
• Supports lean initiatives (Kanban, Kaizen, one-piece flow, 5S.) and other continuous improvement events to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining budget requirements.

• B.S. in Engineering or Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, etc.)
• 5-10 years of progressive supervisory/managerial experience
• Extensive knowledge of precision machining
• Passion for exceeding customer expectations
• Acts with a sense of urgency and purpose to solve problems and meet commitments
• Strong leader with “servant-leader” mindset
• Experience with Job Boss preferred
