Used Car Sales Manager – Leif Johnson Ford (Buda, TX)
Leif Johnson Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre‑owned department at our Buda location. This is a high‑impact leadership role with the opportunity to drive volume, profitability, and team development at one of the fastest-growing dealerships in Central Texas.
What You’ll Do- Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve performance goals
- Manage inventory, appraisals, pricing, and merchandising of all pre‑owned vehicles
- Drive process improvement to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with finance and service to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to build a strong, customer-focused team
