What You’ll Do- Once.
Packet. This role accepts full responsibility for forecasting, submittal, delivery schedules, and overall job health. - Serve as the primary point of contact for CMC.
- Review project proposals, plans, and specifications to proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and communicate cost‑effective solutions.
- Resolve daily issues effectively to ensure a timely, safe, and profitable project.
- Write and review RFIs for cost impact.
- Maintain project reports for management and customers.
- Interact daily with various departments to ensure contract obligations are met.
- Conduct jobsite visits & meetings as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management or a construction‑related field.
- Rebar, concrete, and general contracting experience – highly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand contract documents and drawings.
- Solid understanding of project cost control with strong financial and business acumen.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem‑solving, time‑management, and prioritizing work skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
