As an integral member of the Burger King Team, this position is responsible for:

• Supervising, training, motivating, and leading employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensuring orders are taken in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner.
• Resolving customer concerns.
• Taking inventory of stock during the shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
• Counting cash on hand at shift change and at closing to detect shortages or overages and preparing bank deposit statements.
• Demonstrating the ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members.
• Working effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possessing strong written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining reliable transportation.
