As a Protege Agent, you will work directly under an exemplary Agent receiving elite mentorship. This is a rare opportunity to gain firsthand experience inside a high-performing agency while building the skills necessary to launch your own.

You’ll learn sales, client management, operations, marketing, and business development — all while earning income and developing your long-term ownership plan.

• Partner closely with your mentor Agent to develop the skills required to become a self-sufficient Agent
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes using customer data and policy rates
• Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Prospect and follow up with clients via phone, text, and email
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Build long-term business relationships

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive and ambition
• Coachable, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Must obtain required insurance licenses
• Must pass background check
