Sonrisas Therapies is a leading pediatric home health company serving families throughout Austin. We’re seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who love making a real difference through fun, meaningful therapy sessions.

• Work one-on-one with children to address communication and swallowing challenges in their home environment
• Create personalized, goal-driven therapy plans that make learning fun and meaningful
• Empower families with practical strategies to support progress between sessions
• Partner with PTs, OTs, and fellow SLPs to provide whole-child, coordinated care
• Keep documentation simple and accurate using our easy-to-use EMR system

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Passionate about helping children and families succeed
