Therapy Center of Buda is currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk/ Reception, open to full-time or part-time employment. As a locally-owned clinic in Buda, Texas, just south of Austin, our mission is to provide family-centered services through counsel, access, and support. We focus on the whole family, providing guidance on social services and grants, maneuvering the school system, and empowering caregivers to be strong advocates for themselves and their children.

Our ideal candidate should have a background in general office work, medical/insurance terminology, and customer service. Bonus if they have knowledge of speech-language pathology and/or occupational therapy, but not required. This is a long-term placement that requires a self-motivated, dependable, team player who is compassionate, authentic, a multitasker, and is a self-starter. Our small team values and supports each other.

Candidate MUST be able to work closing shift (until 6:30 pm M-F) and pass a background check.

We are mostly a pediatric facility, but make exceptions for young adults when their needs align with our offerings.

We emphasize comprehensive client and family education, tailored support for sensory needs, and insightful strategies for managing PDA, autistic burnout, and transitions from traditional educational environments. Beyond these specialized areas, we are fully equipped to meet a wide array of speech and language needs, ensuring all our clients receive the holistic support they deserve.
