Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
  • Experience in addiction treatment or mental health counseling
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in the RTC setting
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress
  • Facilitate psycho educational groups on addiction, recovery, and coping strategies

    Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, and peer support specialists
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and provide input on care planning
  • Stay current on developments in SUD treatment through training and research

Location:

Buda, TX

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
