• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Monitor and assist with medication administration as per the care plan.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of common health conditions and the aging process.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the role.

• Must be able to lift and move clients as required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt to different home environments and client needs.
