DESCRIPTION:
Travel Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS-Tele)Location: Bucyrus, OH 44820
Shift: Days, 3
* 12
- Must be willing to float to MS-Tele units at other campuses (Ontario & Galion) if census drops, in order to maintain scheduled hours
- On Call Requirement: If placed on call, traveler must be able to arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) is required
- All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application
- Active RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent and consecutive MS-Tele experience in a hospital/acute care setting
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Knowledge and experience with medication scanning systems
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5
- Unit focus includes cardiac monitoring and emergency response
