As part of our continued global growth, we are seeking a Global Brand Manager to lead the strategic direction, positioning and execution of marketing activity across our technology brands, with a primary focus on Lab Sat alongside Air Pixel and VBOX Positioning
.

The Role

This is a senior marketing role with full responsibility for developing and delivering global B2B brand strategies that support long‑term growth, product adoption, and customer engagement across complex, technical markets, including automotive, aerospace, defence, GNSS, film and sports broadcasting. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will work cross‑functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and regional partners. You will own brand narratives, product messaging, go‑to‑market strategy, and campaign execution, while actively leveraging AI‑driven platforms and automation tools to improve content quality, speed of delivery, personalisation, and performance insight.

This role suits a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, comfortable operating in technically demanding environments and scaling marketing impact through modern tools and processes.

Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Define, own and deliver the global brand strategy for Lab Sat, Air Pixel, and VBOX Positioning in alignment with Racelogic group objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all regions, channels, and customer touchpoints.
Campaigns & Go-to-Market
  • Plan and deliver multi‑channel global campaigns covering product launches, lifecycle marketing, and market education.
  • Ensure campaigns are measurable, insight‑led, and optimised for conversion.
Content & Communications
  • Oversee the creation of high‑quality content, including technical editorials, web copy, white papers, case studies, videos, press releases, and sales material.
  • Maintain strong editorial standards while translating complex engineering concepts into clear, credible messaging.
  • Own the brand's presence on key social channels, primarily Linked In, including content planning, creation, performance monitoring, and optimisation.
AI-Enabled Marketing & Optimisation
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate content creation, improve targeting and personalisation, generate actionable insights, and maximise marketing efficiency.
  • Champion responsible and effective use of AI within the marketing function, balancing efficiency with quality and technical credibility.
Data, Insight & Performance
  • Track, analyse, and report on brand and campaign performance, using insights to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategy.
Events & Industry Presence
  • Define the role of events within the brand strategy, leading international exhibitions, conferences, and partner activities.
  • Ensure messaging, visuals, and customer experience are aligned with brand positioning before, during, and after events.
Stakeholder & Budget Management
  • Work collaboratively across product, engineering, sales, and international teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Manage brand-level marketing budgets responsibly and in line with agreed strategies.
