Shift: Monday to Friday (core hours 08:30 – 17:00)
Salary Range: £36,000 to £38,000

What you will do- Play a key role at the Buckingham site, carrying out dual responsibilities for both Sourdough and Grains & Seeds.
- Play a pivotal role in the smooth transition and successful transfer of Grains, Seeds & Sourdough between sites, including the initial setup in Buckingham.
- Produce lab samples & prototypes for customer trials.
- Support the scale‑up of products from lab and pilot to full‑scale production.
- Carry out shelf‑life testing and validation of products.
- Provide support to the factory on product launches and improvement initiatives.
- Create product formulations based on customer briefs.
- Test products in finished good applications, e.g., bread.
- Support other team members and functions when needed.
- Qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or Product Development.
- Prior experience (3 years) within food manufacturing or another relevant production environment/industry.
- Ability to travel in the UK and occasionally abroad (average two days a week).
- Open to flexible working hours.
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate or demonstrated awareness of food safety procedures.
- Computer literacy (primary usage: Microsoft Office Suite and SAP tools).
- Driver’s licence.
