Client Membership and Events Manager

Client Membership and Events Manager for busy tech consultancy – £55–60K plus benefits.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing tech company as part of a newly-developed team focused on nurturing client relationships across all industries (including retail, e‑commerce, AI and public sector). You will contact clients at a senior level and work with the company's Founders and CEO on this project.

With a commercial focus your work will centre upon ensuring client network members feel added value from this community to promote positive engagement, loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Relationship Management – understand client interests and foster rapport to build engagement.
  • Event Design and Delivery – plan and deliver regional UK events including operations and logistics (workshops, round tables, socials and networking).
  • Member Recruitment – identify members from current and past clients and introduce them to the network and its benefits.
Experience / Qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer success / membership / community management / alumni or client relationship management in a B2B environment.
  • Corporate events background – design and facilitation for senior business audiences.
  • Demonstrated skills in relationship management, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Strong communication skills at CEO and equivalent level.
  • Marketing and/or tech experience and interest.

Working closely with two colleagues, including their Marketing Manager; the project could expand internationally. The team is strategic, hands‑on, practical and entrepreneurial.

This full‑time role offers hybrid working (2–3 days per week in a newly refurbished office, Farringdon, London) with flexible office space for team and client events.

Salary: £55–60,000 plus excellent benefits – enhanced pension, training, private medical and discretionary bonus. Includes after‑hour events (around 9pm, about once a month, in London).
