Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Buckingham requires General Builders, Ground Workers, and Skilled Labourers. The role involves daily construction tasks, including site preparation, groundwork, bricklaying, carpentry, assisting in the restoration of heritage sites, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. Team members will collaborate with other tradespeople and work in line with health and safety regulations while contributing to both new builds and renovation projects.

Qualifications
  • Experience in general building tasks, including bricklaying, plastering, and structural works
  • Proficiency in groundwork tasks, such as drainage systems, foundations, and landscaping
  • Skills in carpentry, including installation, repair, and refurbishment of structures
  • Ability to operate tools and machinery commonly used in construction and site preparation
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Capability to interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Previous experience working on heritage sites or high-spec renovation projects is an advantage
