Things You’llDo

• Describe, present, and sell products.

• Establish andmaintainworking relationships with current and prospective customers.

• Investigate new markets and products.

• Research project requirements anddeterminesales prospects for products.

• Establish prices in the accounting system for products and services.

• Quote prices for products and freight to current and prospective customers.

• Prepare andmaintainaccuratesales, activity, and expense reports.

• Monitor customer job progress and accuracy of product tickets and orders.

• Perform credit collection on past due accounts for assigned customers.

• Assistin dispatch when needed.

• Establish working relationships with employees that have initial contact with customers.

• Work closely with managers todeterminecustomer requirements, coordinate the availability of products, and evaluate costs and pricing.

• Maintain an insurable driving record.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical sales, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.

• Customer focused

• Excellent customer service skills

• Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills

• Ability to review and analyze financial information

• Strategic thinking skills

• Detailed knowledge of concrete and aggregate products
