Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Buckeye, AZ, as a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and cultivating relationships with potential clients in the restoration industry. Day‑to‑day activities include regular communication with prospects, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing initiatives to align with company growth objectives. The candidate will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication abilities for client interactions, including written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in lead generation and knowledge of strategies to attract and engage new clients
  • Experience in market research and the ability to gather and analyze competitive insights
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities with a focus on building strong, long‑term client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
