You will partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to create a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.### ### What You’ll Do
** Clinical Leadership & Oversight
*** Direct and supervise all nursing services within the facility
* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
* Maintain readiness for surveys and audits
* Implement evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes
** Team Development & Culture Building
*** Recruit, mentor, and retain top nursing talent
* Develop nurse managers and charge nurses into strong leaders
* Foster engagement, collaboration, and professional growth
* Promote a positive, supportive workplace culture
** Quality & Performance Excellence
**** Monitor quality indicators and implement performance improvement plans
*** Lead infection prevention and control initiatives
* Review incident reports and implement corrective action strategies
* Drive initiatives to reduce rehospitalizations and improve resident satisfaction
** Operational & Strategic Impact
*** Manage staffing models and scheduling to ensure safe coverage
* Oversee nursing budgets and resource allocation
* Collaborate with therapy, social services, and medical providers
* Support census growth through clinical excellence and community reputation### ### What We’re Looking For
* Active RN license (in good standing)
* Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
* Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes
* Exceptional communication and team-building skills
* Proven ability to improve quality metrics and clinical systems
