We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fertilizer manufacturer in the Buckeye, AZ area seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent position with a stable, safety‑focused company. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and execute corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records in CMMS (work orders, asset tracking, reporting)
- Adhere to all safety standards including LOTO, OSHA, and organic compliance requirements
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and support capital project recommendations
- Hands‑on experience with industrial machinery maintenance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for work order and asset management
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, LOTO procedures, and confined space entry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
