Loader Operator

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a skilled Loader Operator to support plant operations and ensure the efficient movement of bulk materials within a production environment.

The Loader Operator is responsible for operating rubber-tired front-end loaders to transport bulk materials to and from storage and processing areas. This role also supports plant feeder operations and assists with routine maintenance, inspections, and housekeeping to maintain smooth and safe daily operations.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Minimum 12 months of loader operator experience (980M/982M loaders preferred)
• Experience working around heavy equipment, construction, or paving environments preferred
• Proficiency operating front-end loaders and similar heavy equipment
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge
• Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Experience conducting pre-shift equipment inspections
• Strong commitment to workplace safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

• Active plant and heavy equipment environment
