Porter Groundskeeper

Overview

Celtic Property Management is seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and motivated Porter Groundskeeper with a passion for maintaining beautiful multifamily homes at The Reserve  community is growing, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that keeps our property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

As a Porter Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for helping maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community. Your duties will include:

• Picking up trash and debris throughout the property
• Cleaning breezeways, stairwells, sidewalks, parking areas, and common spaces
• Maintaining dumpster enclosures and removing bulk trash
• Cleaning laundry rooms, community rooms, and office areas
• Assisting with preparing vacant homes for new residents
• Reporting safety hazards, damaged property, or maintenance issues
• Supporting the maintenance team with daily and seasonal projects

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right. Groundskeeping, porter, custodial, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required. You must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain consistent quality standards. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
