• Ideal entry‑level position for individuals enthusiastic about building communication and customer service expertise while gaining insight into the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with making outbound calls; comprehensive training will be provided.

• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Bilingual candidates are a strong plus!

• Property and Casualty license (must be willing to obtain—we will help with this)

• Proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to arrange appointments for insurance reviews, policy updates, and new applications.
• Accurately document and manage all scheduled appointments and follow‑up communications.
• Support the sales team by maintaining well‑organized, fully booked calendars to optimize productivity.
• Deliver courteous and professional interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Compensation $30,600.00 - $40,000.00 per year
