Med-Cure Internal Medicine, a highly respected, physician-owned practice in the Phoenix metro area, is expanding and seeking Internal Medicine (preferred) or Family Medicine physicians to join our growing team. With well-established clinics in Goodyear, Glendale, and our rapidly growing Buckeye location, we offer an exceptional opportunity to practice in one of the fastest-growing communities in the United States while enjoying the stability, autonomy, and collegiality of a private practice model.

Practice Details:
Outpatient clinic:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PMHybrid option includes limited inpatient work at Abrazo West Campus
Manage a patient panel of 100-125 per week
Call rotation: 1 week every 6 weeks (through answering service)
Optional teaching opportunities with residents
Committee participation opportunities (Internal Medicine, Quality, and P&T)
Clinic EMR: eClinical Works with Dragon voice recognition and remote access
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary starting at $225K+
Lucrative productivity bonus potential over $150K annually (50% of collections)
Partnership potential after 4 years with no buy-in
Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
$1,000/month stipend for residents/fellows (up to 12 months)
4 weeks PTO annually + CME allowance
Full benefits: health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, and 401(k) after 1 year
