Execute the business plan for the assigned area, guiding the team through staffing, scheduling, and workload coordination to meet facility goals while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all Walmart policies.

• Communicate goals and manage staffing, scheduling, and duty assignments to achieve facility objectives.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting, determine corrective actions, and recommend solutions.
• Monitor productivity via business reports, preparing, reviewing, and analyzing performance data.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring proper training, monitoring compliance, and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders: assign duties, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, provide feedback, identify training needs, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.
• Manage maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software: oversee installations, ensure repairs, track inventory, and order components.
• Handle troubleshooting of systems applications in collaboration with the Information Systems Division and vendors, supporting ongoing system development.
• Apply up‑to‑date expertise and provide guidance on information best practices, supporting business needs and improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, design and implement processes, monitor progress, and capitalize on improvement opportunities while adapting to change.
• Model compliance with Walmart policies and values, incorporating them into business plans and fostering a culture of integrity and commitment.

• Supervisor designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Logistics.

• Experience in a supervisory role within a large retail or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of Walmart’s open door policy and employee relations best practices.
