What's the role?

Lead IT delivery excellence and shape global IT demand, empowering teams and driving strategic initiatives that enable Hilti’s growth, innovation, and impact worldwide.

• Lead IT Delivery teams, service providers, and contractors to ensure stable, high-quality services.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage global and local IT projects.
• Act as single point of contact for regional IT demand and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders.
• Analyze user needs and market trends to translate demands into concrete initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives.

• Hold a
  
  B.Sc. or higher in IT/Engineering with 5+ years of global IT leadership.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure SLA performance.
• Apply deep knowledge of IT client infrastructure and translate tech into business terms.
• Communicate clearly in English with a collaborative leadership style.
• Travel internationally when needed.
