Join Rite of Passage to apply for the Licensed Therapist role at the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas.

AJATC is a secure residential program for at‑risk youth located on 110 acres just outside Little Rock. The campus features residential dormitories, an on‑site school and library, vocational training, chapel, gymnasium, medical and outdoor recreation areas.

Pay
: $65,000 annually (may increase based on education and experience)

What you will do
:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Oversee completion of treatment plans for students.
• Conduct clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record‑keeping, and coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document and assess intervention effectiveness; produce monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.

To be considered you should
:

• Have an Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW.
• Hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Meet the requirements for an ROP‑eligible driver and hold an active Driver’s License.

Schedule
:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; on‑call on rotation.
