This is a permanent PART-TIME role. Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

Being a Retail Scan Associate offers an opportunity in retail, providing workplace independence, some flexibility in hours, and job consistency. There will be continuous physical activity throughout the workday shift.

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in various store locations.
• Provide required quantities for about 45% of scanned products as part of data collection.
• Complete Display Scanning across the entire store on a weekly basis, which can take several hours.
• Assist with optional Custom Projects that may add 30 minutes to 2 hours per store weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain dependability and quality in data delivery.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store; ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach up to 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently; deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
