We are currently seeking entry-level, part-time retail sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The position offers hourly wages plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $3.17 per hour on top of the base rate.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and keep the sales floor organized.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer incoming calls and communicate transaction details effectively.
• Partner with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willing to work with firearms and obtain certification if necessary.
• Minimum age of 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling; computer literacy required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; willingness to work at multiple locations.
