Overview

Join us at The Stella Hotel, a 4‑diamond boutique hotel on Lake Walk in Texas, and help us maintain our reputation as the #3 hotel in the state. We are expanding our Food & Beverage Team and are looking for a Bartender to provide memorable experiences for our guests.

Full‑time and part‑time positions available.

• Make and serve craft cocktails.
• Serve food from our regionally inspired menu.
• Engage guests and help provide a memorable experience.
• Upsell items, create recipes, and utilize proper equipment.
• Handle basic cleaning duties.
• Work a variety of shifts, including AM, PM, and weekends.

• Eager to learn and take pride in work.
• Reliable with a flexible mindset.
• Energetic and friendly personality; the face of the bar.
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to serve guests.
• Ability and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.

Base hourly pay of $5.30 per hour + gratuities (average up to $30 per hour).
