RN – Acute Dialysis / Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience /
Required:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS / Must have AVF/AVG cannulation, CVC access, hemodialysis complications management & peritoneal dialysis care / Ratios 1:1 ICU & 2:1 suite / Heparin titration; set-rate drips (amiodarone, cardizem, dobutamine, dopamine, milrinone) / 12-hr days (rotating 7a & 11a) + call (1 night/week & EOW Sunday) / EOW Saturday / MEDITECH / First to float between two campuses / Navy scrubs / Pay is negotiable
