Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make sure to keep resin flow, color LDR, %, Regrind %.
• First article inspections. to be submitted no later than two hours after shift start.
• Responsible to Help MA and start machine.
• Start/shut down machines.
• Assure compliance of all subordinates (Relief/Machine Operator, Material Handler) with safety rules and regulations within the assigned cell to reduce occurrence of accidents and loss time in the workplace.
• Promote, attain, and maintain safety, quality, and environmental awareness and requirements in area.
• Maintain acceptable level of housekeeping by 5S standards in the assigned work area. kept Work areas clear of trash (paper, plastic, cups, bottles, and gloves) or any items which are not necessary to perform work assignment.
• Identify and resolve issues in the assigned cell regarding equipment, machines, personnel, process, training and materials, which conflict in obtaining maximum quality of production and efficiencies.
• (scrap), down time and ensure the maximum output of production while maintaining acceptable quality standards.
• prevent mass production of defective or unacceptable parts (scrap).
• Maintain all machine boards in the assigned cell with current information to communicate machine status, targets and goals to subordinates (Relief / Machine Operator, Material Handler) and incoming shift’s Process Technician.
• Instruct subordinates (Relief/Machine Operator for breaks. operations.
• machine start-up and shutdown.
• Create work orders on maintenance related.
• Knowledge of basic machine functions.
• Material Handling knowledge.
• Always keep Conair filters/ grinder dust bags clean.
