Assisting in the operation of a rotational molding machine, producing plastic components conforming to customer and company specifications.

• Prepare molds by cleaning them, adding inserts and other components.
• Add the proper amount of materials to each mold and utilize overhead cranes to regularly lift and move heavy equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading molds.
• Basic platform operation.
• Maintain safe and clean working conditions.
• Filling material in staging buckets with correct mixtures to ensure quality.
• Staging and preparing for production runs.
• Trimming excess flash from products.
• Assembling products.
• Promote Company Core Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of manufacturing operation and quality processes preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and effectively at a rapid pace.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to work with hand tools.
  
  Ability to maintain a clean work area.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Monitor safety and quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent or work-experience equivalent.
• Majority of time spent will be in a factory setting.
• There are minimal offensive smells, vapors, or noises.
• There may be exposure to extreme heat.
