Working alongside a collaborative team of OTs, COTAs, PTs, and SLPs, you will provide specialized care to a diverse patient population in a high-tech environment.

• Neuro-Heavy Practice: 65% of your caseload involves Stroke, TBI, and Spinal Cord injuries.
• Ortho & Multi-Trauma: 35% includes amputee care, hip fractures, and complex trauma.
• Quality Care:
  Maintain a manageable pace with only 6–8 patients per day.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday with one weekend per month.
• Daily Flow: 7 hours of direct care (1-on-1 and group) plus 1 dedicated hour for documentation.
• Support:
  Benefit from a 60‑day customized mentorship program—perfect for new grads!

Enjoy a base salary of $80,000 – $119,000, plus $70/hr for weekend shifts. We offer 5 weeks of PTO, full benefits, 401k matching, $5,000 relocation help, and $250/mo student loan forgiveness.
