Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab
Are you looking for a role where you can truly focus on patient outcomes? Our premier, standalone rehabilitation facility is expanding our therapy department. Working alongside a collaborative team of OTs, COTAs, PTs, and SLPs, you will provide specialized care to a diverse patient population in a high-tech environment.
Clinical Focus & Caseload- Neuro-Heavy Practice: 65% of your caseload involves Stroke, TBI, and Spinal Cord injuries.
- Ortho & Multi-Trauma: 35% includes amputee care, hip fractures, and complex trauma.
- Quality Care:
Maintain a manageable pace with only 6–8 patients per day.
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday with one weekend per month. - Daily Flow: 7 hours of direct care (1-on-1 and group) plus 1 dedicated hour for documentation.

Enjoy a base salary of $80,000 – $119,000, plus $70/hr for weekend shifts. We offer 5 weeks of PTO, full benefits, 401k matching, $5,000 relocation help, and $250/mo student loan forgiveness. Requirements- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Inpatient acute or rehab experience is preferred.
- New graduate Occupational Therapists invited to apply.
