Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in clinical documentation and internet use
Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid state license for Occupational Therapist Assistant

ResponsibilitiesOccupational Therapy Assistant
Summary: Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining positive interactions with patients, facilities, and clients, adhering to occupational therapy principles and Reliant guidelines. Deliver quality patient care, including treatment, supervision of rehab techs (where required), and case management. Maintain professional conduct and compliance with all regulations.
Essential Duties:
- Optimize patients' functional abilities under OT supervision
- Build and maintain a strong OTA program
- Enhance skills through interaction, self-study, and continuing education
- Maintain valid state license and stay informed on OT issues
- Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and delivery modes
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively in English
