Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide Compassionate Care and Support to Residents.

• Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support mobility: ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital information: vitals, weights, intake/output, meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation.

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, patience.
• Genuine care for elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understanding of Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
