Role Description

• This is a full-time on‑site role for a Collections Agent based in Bryan, TX.
• The Collections Agent will be responsible for managing and organizing debt recovery processes, communicating effectively with clients to resolve outstanding debts, and overseeing cash collection activities.
• Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to ensure positive customer interactions and maintaining accurate financial records related to collections.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Finance principles
• Ability to work efficiently in an on‑site team environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems is an advantage
