As a CSR at State Farm, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and assisting with insurance policies. Working alongside Bryan Solis, your responsibilities will include

• Customer Support:
  Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, answering questions, and offering expert guidance on insurance products and coverage options.
• Policy Management:
  Assisting clients with policy changes, updates, and claims processing. Handling policy endorsements, reviewing coverage details, and ensuring accurate processing of policy transactions.
• Problem‑Shooting:
  Analyzing complex customer situations and finding effective solutions to address their unique requirements.
• Collaboration:
  
  Working closely with Bryan Solis' team and other professionals in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist and support customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to ensure accurate policy management and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software systems, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish

Compensation $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Mon-Thurs 9AM-7PM, Fri 9AM-5PM, Sat 9AM-2PM
