Qualities and skillsets should include:- Creative art and design skills
- Works well on a team and contributes to the collaborative atmosphere
- Able to critique themselves and others in a constructive manner
- Ability to both focus and multitask, with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive and deadline‑driven
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
