We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Skid Steer Operator to perform dirt work and landscaping tasks. The project will range from land clearing, pad construction, rough grading, final grading, subgrade prep for concrete, and culvert installation. Candidate must be able to take direction, follow project specifications, manage laborers, and communicate with operations staff.
Responsibilities- Grading around buildings, flatwork, and utilities
- Constructing house pads and gravel driveways
- Sub-grade prep for concrete
- Hauling trash trailers to the dump and back to the job site
- Performance interview on a job site
- Must be able to maneuver the skid steer in between tight spaces without hitting homes and utilities
- Must be able to finish grade following specs with tight clearances
- Must be able to load dump trucks and haul off debris
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience pulling a trailer is preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating skid steers doing residential construction
$22 - $25 hourly
