Accounts Payable Clerk

Bryan Tool & Machining is in search of a professional and experienced Accounts Payables Clerk. The ideal candidate should have proficient business and accounting knowledge. The candidate will be asked to accomplish tasks related to accounts payable, reconciliation, and the daily business flow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy workplace and is well-versed in working closely with senior management.

• Answer phones, greet customers, and work with other office personnel to help conduct daily business
• Accounts Payable
  • Invoice Processing - receive, review, and reconcile invoices from vendors and enter into our ERP system
  • Process payments
  • Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and post transactions
  • Scanning/Filing associated with our AP process
  • Reconcile Credit card statements and enter into ERP system
• Entering jobs into ERP system as customers walk in
• Setting up new customers/vendors and continuing to maintain current relations

• Accredited courses focused on accounting (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Ability to work closely with a senior management team
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Time management skills, ability to work in a diverse environment

Pay will be based on skill and experience.
